Section 4 · Offers
Offers and arrangements
Source: October 2026 commercial pack. Prices GBP with approx USD (about 1.322, rounded up). Existing agreements stay on their own terms.
A
One-off builds (high margin, near-automated)
Core offer, delivery changed
One-off builds stay a core offer. What has changed is how they are delivered. I have developed a headless browser solution, so builds can now be almost fully automated.
Process: pick up the requirements properly, create the build plan, pass it on, and the AI I built does the rest. It builds the CRMs within minutes.
Example: the other weekend I did something in an afternoon that would have taken me six months.
This makes one-off builds a high-margin offer that does not depend on my hours. Scoped and quoted after a short call, or after a paid fixed-fee discovery stage (credited in full against the build). No published price list for builds. Typical quote ranges: happy to cover on the call.

Section 5 · Leads
Lead source mapping
Where clients have come from, and how volume has moved.
Where clients have come from
HighLevel Certified Admin directory (London profile, with reviews). Main source historically.
HighLevel Developer Partner marketplace listing.
HighLevel community and relationships. Known to the founders and team since 2019.
Events: exhibitor and sponsor at HighLevel LevelUP Dallas 2025 and SaaSPRENEUR London 2025.
Organic search to marketlinxdigital.com.
Booking page: marketlinxdigital.com/book.
Referrals and word of mouth.
Boardy (new, 2026): intros, including this one. Boardy Pro Slack community joined recently.
HighLevel attribution confirms directory, marketplace listing, organic search and booking page as live sources of booked calls.
Volume
About 30 inbound enquiries a week this time last year, with almost no effort on acquisition.
Inbound dropped after HighLevel redeveloped its directory, about 4 to 5 months ago.
Further
1,205 contacts in CRM. Happy to cover on the call: percentage by source, current weekly enquiry numbers, how many are past paying clients, what sits outside HighLevel.
Section 6 · Pains
Top pain points and what has been tried
Two main constraints, then what I have already tried.
Pain point 1: Uneven monthly income
Most income from project and build work. In 2025 about a fifth of invoice value was on recurring schedules. Big months, then quiet months.
Build delivery is now near-automated and high margin, so the constraint is a steady flow of the right build projects, not delivery capacity.
Goal
A steadier base of recurring revenue and qualified meetings, alongside more high-margin builds.
Pain point 2: Inbound has slowed and there is no outbound system
Growth was almost all inbound, from the directory and reputation.
That slowed after the directory changes. I have never needed outbound, so there is nothing in place.
I am solo, so any new motion must run without draining my time.
What has been tried
Tried to scale with a team and outside help. It did not work. I picked people too fast and did not check their work enough.
Built my own AI build system (headless browser plus build plans) so builds no longer depend on my time or on a team.
Published clear pricing (October 2026 rates guide) for advisory and monthly partnerships, alongside one-off builds.
Using Boardy for intros since September 2026.
Past-client reactivation: not yet run. Boardy drafted a first sequence on 30 Sep, and on 1 Oct asked for the list size, where it lives and how to segment it (paid builds, enquired but never bought, unfinished work from a previous team) before running it.
Past outbound, ads or content tests: happy to cover on the call.

What I am hoping for
Outcomes I want from this deep dive, plus open items from our 1 Oct conversation.
One or two quick-win motions to lift the baseline.

Advice on packaging one app as a service add-on first, then as a subscription.
